Introduction 

Problem

In the current market, there are no virtual classroom apps available for students and teachers to effectively manage their daily tasks. Existing communication apps primarily cater to business and family meetings, lacking the specific features required for educational purposes.

Target

The primary goal of this project is to create a virtual classroom app that addresses the lack of existing solutions for students and teachers to manage their daily tasks. By conducting user research and observing competitor offerings, we aim to design an intuitive user interface with user-friendly features, ensuring an optimal user experience.

Idea

Amidst the sudden changes in the education system during the pandemic, I recognized the need for my new project to address emerging challenges. I took the initiative to gather valuable information from friends and teachers, which served as the fuel to kickstart my project.

I created numerous variations of wireframes for this project. Additionally, I designed working wireframes to gain a better understanding of how users would interact with the interface, allowing me to refine and optimize the overall design.

Use Testing

I shared a prototype of the project with my friends, family members, and high school teachers. The testing phase yielded positive responses and valuable feedback from users, which further motivated me to incorporate the suggested changes and improvements into the project.

Conclusion

This is a cloud-based solution for educational institutes, facilitating seamless knowledge sharing with students online. As more institutes are expected to offer online courses in the future, this app will prove to be immensely helpful in meeting the evolving needs of the education sector.
